HAF and Holiday Programme

Excel Learning CIC delivers the Ealing Holiday Activities and Food programme during the Easter, summer and Christmas school holidays. Eligible families book through the official Ealing HAF booking system.

  • A safe, welcoming and exciting holiday programme
  • Nutritious meals and refreshments
  • Arts and crafts, sports, cooking and baking
  • Science activities, slime-making, games and team challenges
  • Trips and days out, including Inflata Nation, Snakes and Ladders, mini golf and other attractions
  • Opportunities to make friends, stay active, build skills and enjoy new experiences

Who Can Attend?

The programme is primarily for eligible children and young people in Reception to Year 11 who live in Ealing or attend an Ealing school and receive benefits-related free school meals. Booking and eligibility information must link to Ealing HAF.
